We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue must be provided

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • We do not offer size exchanges.

  • If an exchange is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if approved by 626 Jerseys.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • 626 Jerseys is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.
